As trademarks related with the goods and products are registered under the class 6 of nice classification, this class 6 is also referred to as the trademark class 6 in connection with the international registration of these trademarks. The Nice classification is a globally approved international classification of goods and services, made primarily for the purpose of facilitating international registration of trademarks belonging to various economic sectors. There are a total of 45 classes of goods and services in this classification, one of which is the class 6 of metal goods and hardware products. This nice classification is regularly updated by WIPO in every five years.
